Final New Neighborhood in the Providence Master Planned Community Breaks Ground

We are excited to announce that construction has begun on the last new home neighborhood in the Providence Master Planned Community. As a private, locally-owned home builder, we are honored to close out one of the nation’s best master-planned communities. Homeowners will not only benefit from our quality craftsmanship homes, but the price point and location cannot be beaten.

Community Highlights

We also want your furry family members to feel at home in their own pet park. In addition to our community amenities, residents will benefit from the Providence master plan’s three parks, the newly expanded Huckleberry Park, The Promenade Park, and Knickerbocker Park with spectacular views of the entire Las Vegas Valley; miles of walking trails and bike paths; neighborhood and nearby schools; and convenient access to shopping and dining. The active Providence Master Homeowners Association hosts a variety of cultural, social, and educational events for residents of all ages in keeping with the community’s spirit of bringing people together.

Location

Brownstones at Providence is located at the southwest corner between W. Rome Blvd. and Centennial Parkway, minutes from the I-215 Beltway and U.S. 95. Traveling throughout the Las Vegas Valley and to and from Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases is convenient. Mt. Charleston, Kyle Canyon, and Red Rock Canyon are only a few miles away.
