We recently sat down (virtually) with Carla to learn more about her process, what she loves about Las Vegas, and her thoughts on our newest community, Thrive @ Providence.
How did you get into a career in real estate?
At the time, I had been working in the travel industry for years. I had just sold and purchased a home and thought this would be perfect for me. It was a way that could incorporate my passion for helping others and my love for real estate!
What do you think about working with Edward Homes Nevada?
I love the fact that Edward Homes is a family owned and run business. There is a level of care that is incorporated in each and every home sale. Not to mention, the included finishes and construction quality are top notch.
What is your favorite thing about being a community sales manager?
It’s definitely the relationships I’ve built with my customers and fellow realtors along the way. I absolutely love sharing in the excitement of the construction process, helping make their dreams come true.
What is your favorite thing to do in the Las Vegas Valley?
My favorite thing to do is spend time with my friends and family. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for over 25 years so I’m always on the lookout for new adventures. Horseback riding, enjoying Lake Mead, discovering new coffee shops or restaurants, hiking, etc… it’s all here!
If you wrote a book about yourself, what would the title be and why?
This is a great question. I would have to say “Blessings”. Life has many twists and turns. It all comes down to our relationships with others and the impact we can have on one another. I’ve been blessed to have some really incredible people in my life, so it would be about some of the life lessons I’ve learned that can maybe help others.
What are you most excited about in the coming year?
So many things to be excited about! Most immediate would be our newest community Thrive @ Providence. I’ve been receiving so many calls and a great deal of interest since our groundbreaking a few weeks ago. I think people are going to absolutely love this private community and all of its amenities.
