On July 20th, we are officially breaking ground on Providence at Brownstones, the last new home community to be built in the beautiful master-planned community. Thrive at Providence is a private gated community of only 30 townhomes with a refreshing pool and neighborhood pet park. Every home is two stories with an attached garage, and some homes (depending on the location within the community) will offer pool and city views.
